is nestled in a peaceful corner of Anglesey, offering a stunning
panorama across the Menai Straits of historic Caernarfon Castle
and the majestic beauty of Snowdonia. At Bodlawen, you can
experience all that Wales is famous for - fresh air, a hearty
breakfast and beautiful music – Marian (a noted
Eisteddfod-winning soprano) is often asked to serenade her
guests.
Bodlawen
is ideally based for touring Anglesey, situated just off the
Coastal Path next to Anglesey Sea Zoo and within easy reach of the
National Trust properties of Plas Newydd and Penrhyn Castle. The
impressive neolithic burial mound of Bryn Celli Ddu is only 4
miles away, and there are many other local attractions and
striking scenery to explore. It is also convenient for the
Anglesey Circuit (13 miles) and the Holyhead to Ireland Ferry (23
miles). The area offers many attractions to birdwatchers and other
nature enthusiasts.
Bodlawen
offers two twin and two double bedrooms, all with en suite
facilities. It is easy to reach by car and has plentiful
parking.
